The near future.  2009.  Earth is covered by an impenetrable dust cloud, the result of an ecological catastrophe.  Imprisoned on the moon, deranged Adrian Dunn, a former Boston P.D. detective, has been infected by an alien virus.  Apparently dead, his body is shipped back to Earth, but Dun is very much alive-and carrying the deadliest virus Earth has ever seen!
