At a remote castle a vampire bat dribbles fresh blood over mouldering remains, resurrecting the infamous Count Dracula.  Terrified villagers set fire to the castle, but later discover that a swarm of vengeful bats has killed the women and children that sought sanctuary in the local church.  Dracula's latest reign of terror has begun!  Some years later, a traveler named Paul hitches a lift with Dracula's manservant Klove and stays at the castle.  He is seduced by a beautiful vampire, but the girls is stabbed by Dracula when she attempts to feed off Paul.  Paul's brother Simon and the besotted Sarah arrive at the castle to look for Paul.  Before long, they are also guests of the bloodthirsty Count!
