A double bill of grindhouse action both directed by Tim Kincaid!  First up is the 1987 classic 'Riot On 42nd Street' starring Jeff Fahey as a gritty New York cop who is caught between two rival nightclub owners battling for the 42nd Street turf.  Grindhouse martial arts star Ron Van Clief co-stars!  Also on the same program is 'Bad Girls Dormitory', a seedy look at an all women prison in New York City!
