The Being:  A strange creature roams and kills people in the small town of Pottsville.  Local cop Detective Mortimer Lutz is on the case as the fiendish beast kills losers one by one in this classic 80's monster film!  

Cop Killers:  Alex and Ray are two happy go-lucky drug runners!  When a drug deal goes bad, they wipe out 4 cops, and are soon on the run.  They also kidnap an innocent girl and will kill any cop in their path.  Their spree of carnage and violent madness also takes its toll on a demented perverted ice cream man they encounter.
